About Jeff
Jeff Woodward has been a
cooking instructor, teacher, lecturer and private
nutritional consultant for the past 25 years.
Professional chef by trade, he has conducted countless
cooking classes and privately counseled thousands of
individuals on how to improve their health by improving the
way they cook and eat. His specialty is helping busy
individuals learn how to prepare and eat healthy, food
allergen-free meals by creating customized nutritional
programs.
His passions include cooking, teaching, lecturing and
counseling patients concerning their diet and health
symptoms. As a result of working hand-in-hand with doctors
throughout his career, Jeff also has extensive knowledge of
specific laboratory testing (e.g. saliva, blood, urine) that
can help identify biochemical imbalances that may be
contributing to ill health.
Mr. Woodward lectures locally and across the country to
organizations, corporations and others concerning nutrition
and other health related issues. Jeff has been a
Team Teacher with the Parker Chiropractic Research
Foundation in Ft. Worth for the last 20 years. He also
regularly attends nutrition-oriented health seminars for the
